Celebrating the Solstice- Summertide 2023

June 21, 2023 by Rachel Storck Filed Under: Latest News, Webster's Woods

Happy Summer Solstice! We’re celebrating today by sharing some photos from the Summertide Solstice Art Festival☀ taken by our friends at Cascadia Films.

We had an amazing time with you all last weekend enjoying poetry readings, making bee prints and felted squares, celebrating 6 new sculpture installations, creating solstice crowns, and jammin’ to live music with treats in hand.

A huge THANK YOU to our sponsors, performers, vendors, artists and volunteers for making this event a success- we couldn’t do it without you.

This vibrant celebration brings together people from all walks of life to enjoy music, art, and performances, creating unforgettable memories for our community and visitors alike. To continue hosting events like this and ensure their accessibility, we rely on the generous support of individuals like you. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to experience the magic of the Summertide Festival and art within Webster’s Woods without any financial barriers, which is why we strive to keep this event free of charge. In the last year we have engaged more than 3,400 people in free arts and culture activities!

However, this can only be achieved with the help of donations and memberships. Your contribution, no matter how small, goes a long way in sustaining our mission and allowing us to organize future festivals that showcase local talent, encourage creativity, and foster a sense of unity. If you were captivated by the joy and energy of the Summertide Festival, we kindly ask you to consider making a donation at the following link: https://pafac.kindful.com/. Together, we can ensure that this cherished event continues to flourish and bring joy to our community for years to come.

Another way you can help us is to take the Webster’s Woods Survey! Your input through this survey will help us determine where we focus our improvements and will help us secure funding.
Thank you for your support, and we will see you at Summertide 2024
