Host your special event with us

Do you want to rent the PAFAC for your event?

Below are a few key things you need to know:

  • A minimum of 2 hours is required for all events.
  • Set up and clean up must be included within the hours rented.
  • Rentals must be outside of normal gallery operating hours (Thursday-Sunday 11AM-5PM).
  • Please contact staff for extenuating circumstances.
  • Non-Profits and PAFAC Members will receive a discounted rate on any facility rentals.
  • We are not currently equipped to accommodate weddings.
  • The role of the PAFAC Staff is to manage the event space, not event coordination.
  • This is a non-smoking facility.
  • Prices may vary depending on scale and scope of your event.

Including set up and take down time

Non-Profit | $150/Hour
Rate for fellow non-profits.

PAFAC Member | $150/Hour
Rate for current PAFAC Members

Can I rent the space in the meadow?

As a part of Webster's Woods, the meadow is technically owned by the City of Port Angeles. This means that you may use the meadow and the park for a gathering, as long as it is within the rules and laws of the City of Port Angeles. Check with Port Angeles Fine Arts Center to make sure there are no scheduling conflicts. Fees for meadow events vary depending on the size and scope of the event. Please contact us to learn more.

We do have tents, tables, and chairs available for you to rent. Please fill out the rental form and indicate that you're interested in renting equipment.
