This year, for our Summertide sculpture installations in Webster’s Woods, we are excited to explore the connections formed when individuals are invited to actively engage with art in nature. We seek artists to create sculptures that encourage viewers to interact with the works through movement, sound, touch or even as a place to sit and rest. As every experience we have within the natural world impacts and influences that landscape, we invite artists to explore how their piece both enhances and alters, shapes, or stands apart from the landscape. We encourage artists to play with strong colors so the installations can stand out more prominently among the trees and greenery and visually invite viewers in.
Final Entry Deadline: April 20th, midnight PDT
