Celebrate our final festival of the year, the Wintertide Festival of Lights, at Port Angeles Fine Arts Center on Saturday, December 13th. This annual event is a wintertime staple, join us with your friends and family for a magical night designed for all ages.
Enjoy a community inspired lantern walk, light art installations illuminating the forest paths in Webster's Woods, food & drink vendors, interactive glow in the dark art stations, thrilling performances down in the meadow, live music, and the Makers Market in the gallery.
We are thrilled to be welcoming Angeles Brewing, Dragon's Brew Coffee, Pacific Pantry, High Country Doughnuts, Neon Brass Party Band, Sequim Acrobatics, The Fractal Phase, and Sarah Shea as vendors and performers during the festival.
Lastly, tickets for this event have sold out in previous years, buy yours now before they sell out.
Light Art
Enjoy our glowing art & activity stations and then wander the park paths to experience the 2025 Light Art Experience in Webster's Woods. Be amazed by light art installations, embrace your creativity, and celebrate the magic of Wintertide.
Lantern Walk
Attend one of our workshops to create a lantern, make your own at home, or purchase one at Wintertide, then join us as we kick-off the festival with a community lantern walk through Webster's Woods.
Live Performances
Enjoy tunes with Seattle's Neon Brass Party Band, experience a fire show by The Fractal Phase, and be amazed as Sequim Acrobatics puts on a stunning performance. Additionally, head to the courtyard for jazz music by Sarah Shea.
Makers Market
Shop for locally-made artisan gifts designed by 33 artists in the unique, peaceful, cozy, and warm setting of the Esther Webster Gallery. Support local this gift giving season.

Festival Hours: 4-8PM | Food Vendors Available
The parking lot will be closed from 4:30-5PM to allow us to safely line up participants for the community lantern parade.
4:00PM—Ticket Booth, Makers Market, Food Vendors, Beer Garden, Buy-A-Lantern Tent, and Interactive Art Stations Open
4:30-5:00PM—Ticket Parking Lot Temporarily Closed for Lantern Parade Setup
4:30PM—The Fractal Phase and the Neon Brass Party Band Kickstart the Lantern Walk in the Parking Lot
5:00PM—Lantern Parade Begins
5:15-5:45PM—Neon Brass Party Band Performs in the Meadow
6:30-7:00PM—The Fractal Phase Fire Troupe Performs in the Meadow
7:30-8:00PM—Sequim Acrobatics Performs in the Meadow
6:00-8:00PM—Music in the Courtyard with Sarah Shea
8:00PM—Lights Out | Festival Ends for 2025
WHERE TO PARK: There is space in our lot for 20 cars. There is ample parking throughout the neighborhood. Additional parking lots are available at Franklin Elementary School or Peninsula College on Lauridsen Blvd (3-5 minute walk). PLEASE DO NOT PARK AT THE PLAYHOUSE. THEY HAVE A PERFORMANCE AT 7:30PM. We have one accessible parking spot next to the gallery and drop-offs are welcome for those who need assistance. Check with the parking attendant on Jones Street.
