Ekphrastic Poetry Reading

The PAFAC and Olympic Peninsula Authors are proud to host an Ekphrastic Poetry Reading based on the artwork in "Reimagining the Intersection of Art & Environment- Exploring Natural & Repurposed Materials". Enjoy readings from ten poets who bring new interpretations to the current exhibit with a synergy between visual and verbal art.
Art in Bloom Pop-up Exhibit

Art in Bloom is an annual tradition at the Port Angeles Fine Arts Center, where for one weekend, the gallery is taken over by flowers! Each year, accredited floral designers create original arrangements in response to the artwork on display using flowers, greenery, and other natural materials.
Flower Bar Workshop
Saturday, May 11th | 10am-12pm
Get inspired by the Art in Bloom pop up in the gallery and then create your own original floral arrangement in the courtyard! Returning instructor Ariel Zimman will encourage participants to think creatively and push the boundaries of traditional floral arrangements.
