In honor of National Retro Day, we thought it would be fun to look back into our archive!
The PAFAC holds the single largest collection of artwork by our founder, Esther Webster. The archive includes original paintings, drawings, prints, and sketches. In looking through the archive, you can really get a sense of different styles that Esther employed over the course of her nearly 60 years of artistic work.
In addition to original artwork, PAFAC also holds journals, photos, and correspondence documenting Webster’s remarkable life, from studying art in Prohibition-era NYC to hosting an award-winning radio show on KONP to laying the foundation for what would become the Fine Arts Center.
You can peruse our archive online at any time at www.artworkarchive.com/profile/pafac
If you’re interested in more information about the story of our founding, Esther Webster, or the building check out Our Legacy.
