Each June, PAFAC, with support from Olympic Peninsula Authors, hosts Poetry in the Park. This year’s theme is THE MUSIC OF SUMMER. On Saturday, June 14, winning poets will read aloud in the PAFAC Courtyard at the Summertide Festival and their poems will appear on boards throughout the park for the following year.

The Port Angeles Fine Arts Center seeks proposals for outdoor-friendly FUNCTIONAL artwork that will be permanently installed in Webster’s Woods Sculpture Park. This year’s Summertide sculpture installations celebrate art that serves a purpose. With the park’s newly completed ADA-accessible trail, there are abundant opportunities to create works that enhance visitors’ experiences while harmonizing with the natural surroundings. Artists are encouraged to imagine sculptures that offer utility, inspire interaction, and deepen visitors’ connection to the environment.

The Port Angeles Fine Arts Center is looking for eco-friendly designs and nature based artwork that is created on either a surfboard, skateboard, or snowboard/skis, or inspired by any of these activities and the outdoors for Surf, Skate & Snow. The exhibition explores the dynamic intersection of sport, design, and creative placemaking in harmony with the natural landscape and will be on display from July 18th – September 7th, 2025.

The Wintertide Makers Market connects shoppers with inspiring locally-made gifts in a peaceful natural setting. Artists residing in Clallam and Jefferson counties are invited to apply to be a part of this three weekend market in the stunning Esther Webster Gallery.
