Please read all of the following instructions and then fill out the form below. You only need to fill out one registration form (up to 3 children), even if you are registering for multiple camps.

The Additional Child Discount offers a small reduction in price for multiple children. This applies to the same camp only. The discount will automatically be applied to your camps when you put two into your cart.
Cancellation:We can take up to 25 students per session. After 25 children, you will be put on a waitlist and admitted to camps if slots become available.
Please fill out the following information to register your child for PAFAC Summer Camp 2024. Once you complete this form, click the button at the bottom of the page. You will be sent to a page where you can complete payment for your camps. Your registration will be complete when we receive both this form and your payment.

After hitting the “Submit” button you will be directed to a checkout and payment page to finalize your registration. You can add multiple items to your cart- multiple camps and even a membership. Under each camp, please select “Member” or “Non-Member”, as appropriate: if you are adding a membership to this purchase, you may select the “Member” option. All items can be purchased at the same time with one transaction.
Please Note: The Additional Second Child discount will apply automatically when you add 2 of the same camp to your cart.
